    Purpose is to develop and conduct the chapter's summer and winter meetings

  • Nominating - Ted Napier, Chair
    Purpose is the identify and recruit qualified candidates for election as chapter officers

  • Membership - Michelle Lohstroh
    Purpose is to develop and implement strategy for recruiting new members and for retention of existing members.
    Products Anticipated: Member strategy; new members; Target List of Perspectives
    Survey of and Development of a member specialty
    Date Product Expected: Summer Meeting

  • Archives & Research - John Clark
    Purpose is to provide for proper storage of materials deemed worthy of long term maintenance and provide research services for the chapter.
    Products Anticipated: Index/Catalog of Content
    Date Product Expected: Summer Meeting

  • Newsletter - Alan Lauver & Mark Tucker
    Purpose is to develop and distribute the chapter's newsletter
    Products Anticipated: Chapter Newsletter
    Date Product Expected: As per schedule

  • Election Tellers Committee - John Clark
    Collects ballots for annual election of officers and forwards to Executive Council for ratification.

  • Grants Committee - Larry Antosch
    Solicits and secures financial resources for chapter programs and initiatives

  • Long Range Planning - Mark Wilson
    Committee will assess the needs and capabilities of the chapter and develop a draft ong range plan for submission to the Executive Council for review and adoption.

  • Awards - Norm Widman
    Purpose is to identify chapter members worthy of special recognition by the chapter or the national (Society Awards, special service, outstanding member, publications)

  • Marketing & Outreach - Dave Libben
    Purpose is to develop and implement strategy to promote the visibility of the chapter and it's activities and objectives. Committee will also identify opportunities to collaborate with like organizations to promote natural resource use and protection

  • Projects & Works Initiative - Larry Tornes
    Purpose is to identify and organize potential projects that the chapter may undertake to meet
    Awareness, educational and promotional obectives

  • Berg Fellow Initiative - Dennis Deweese, Chair
    All Ohio Chapter Berg Fellows will develop and implement an initiative to support chapter advocacy efforts. Members will also promote the Berg Fellow program among the AOC membership. (AOC Berg Fellows: D.Deweese, M. Lohstroh, E.Norland, D. Deardorff)

  • CPESC Initiative
    Purpose is to coordinate and implement a plan to provide tutorial assistance to members desiring to achieve CPESC certification.
